ANSWER
Our human existence includes happiness and sadness, trust and disappointments, financial ups and downs. The purpose of life is to learn from all these experiences. If there were no problems or uncomfortable situations in our life, we would not grow. It is a positive thing that you want to build your spiritual life. The spiritually-strong person knows that life is like a precious coin: it has two sides; it comes with happiness and difficulties. This is the great design of Universal Consciousness. This allows for the practice of acceptance of what is at the moment, and at the same time we can try to improve the situations that we can improve.

You are already taking the first steps to building your spiritual life by thinking about improving your situation. If you can change your circumstances, for example, avoid people that insult you, I suggest that you do it. Whatever it is that you can do to change your circumstances, keep doing it. Listen to your inner voice. Do not fear change and difficulties. They are our teachers. Instead, ask yourself: What can I learn from this? What have these years of difficulties taught me? How can I avoid it in the future?

Love and light,
