Spiritual Counseling
Your life must be guided, focused, grounded, and with a meaningful goal; a deep search for wisdom knowledge. Eventually you want to attain the highest level of enlightenment and liberation that you are destined to attain. Liberation from what? Liberation from suffering caused by your conditioned mind and karmic seeds. People who want liberation notice a pattern in their behavior and want to break that pattern. A seeker wants to be liberated from the mind and the karmas accumulated in the causal body. The practice of awareness, as well as understanding your mind in its different functions (Antahkarana), are essential for liberation. Spiritual counseling goes directly to the cause of the problem.

We only partially understand what enlightenment is. Enlightenment is not an unattainable state; it is the result of a guided and consistent search for wisdom. When the Divine Light or Light of Consciousness penetrates your mind, that is enlightenment. When you are able to see everything and understand everything, that is enlightenment.

Background and Spiritual Journey
At the age of 12, Claudia borrowed a Yoga journal from a neighbor who was a psychic and intuitive reader. In that journal for the first time Claudia read about Yoga, meditation, the chakras, and Eastern philosophy. This knowledge resonated with her and sparked a deeper curiosity for Eastern philosophy and ancient wisdom. This opened the door to further readings and studies in the yogic science during her adolescence and young adulthood.
Since Claudia was a young girl, she felt a strong connection with her inner-being and true Self. Now she had a roadmap. Unknowingly, Claudia was in an evolutionary path to freedom. A free spirit and free thinker not easily indoctrinated, Claudia never conformed to dogma or social conditioning; she was a free spirit at heart.

Claudia maintained her resonance with the Yoga sciences by practicing and studying Yoga, Meditation, and Ayurveda and teaching Yoga asanas to groups and individuals.
Claudia's Soul wanted to go deeper.

In 2017 Claudia followed her Soul's life plan to know more about the mind, the healing arts, and counseling psychology in the West. She started a masters-level mental health counseling degree to learn about available healing modalities in the West that could incorporate Eastern philosophies and yogic spirituality.
What makes people suffer? What methods are taught in the West and the East that help people heal? Inspired by this inquiry, during her counseling studies Claudia explored different psychotherapy models and healing methods. As of January 2021, Claudia is doing her clinical experience as an intern with an organization in the United States.

In the Summer of 2018, Claudia embarked on a spiritual pilgrimage to India, not knowing that this would be the first step to a series of connections and learning experiences that would transform her life. In India Claudia visited several temples, ashrams, and sacred places and studied basic courses on the science of Yoga and Ayurveda (healing through natural medicine) near the sacred city of Rishikesh in Northern India.
Wanting to know more about Eastern healing modalities, in December 2018, and again during the Summer of 2019, Claudia returned to India according to her Soul's life plan and the evolution of consciousness. In these two ocassions, she learned more about Yoga sciences and healing arts, and continued developing strong relationships with some spiritual teachers and gurus.
Several teachers would become an important guidance for Claudia in her development and evolution as a mystic and healer. Through the years, Claudia has been inspired by the teachings of several divine personalities: Swami Vivekananda, Jidu Krishnamurti, Sri Aurobindo and The Mother, Mahatma Gandhi, and Paramahansa Yogananda.

The sacred places that Claudia visited have a profound transcendence and influence in the human soul as they are situated on the holy land of Vedas, rishis and rishikas, and the spiritual divine power of Uttarakhand, Haridwar and Rishikesh, near the Himalayan foothills. The spiritual teachers living here and their knowledge are charged with the healing and spiritual energy of Mother Ganga (the Ganges River).

During these trips, Claudia was invited to speak at the Prakash Deep Institute of Yoga and Ayurveda Sciences in New Delhi and had the opportunity to teach Yoga classes in Haridwar and Goa. She deepened her knowledge of Yoga sciences with a group of Ayurvedic doctors, Yoga teachers, and healers.

As part of the healing arts, in India Claudia deepened her knowledge and practice of several important rituals, mantras, and Kriya exercises to clean the body-mind complex and elevate consciousness. One of these rituals is the Homa ceremony, also called Agnihotra, a fire ceremony performed at sunrise or sunset. This fire ceremony is practiced since Vedic times and it is believed to have healing powers.
This simple but powerful ceremony can be done as an offering to the universe or to help someone overcome a difficult sitution. A consistent practice of Agnihotra changes your psyche, grounds you spiritually, and creates a protective energy around you.
